This is a very high quality tool designed to quickly and easily open your aircraft oil filters for inspection. It comes with an 18mm adapter which allows you to install it onto your filter.
Once on, the tool rotates around the filter and the cutting wheel cuts a burr-free edge allowing you to remove the end of the filter and access to the filter element.
