Eckold’s line of chipless cold forming machines are offered in manual and pneumatically operated models. Machine operations include: shrinking, stretching, planishing, doming, reforming, flattening and flanging by using standard/optional jaws.
US Industrial manufacturers a foot former, USPF150, using an Eckold head and jaws that has an adjustable stroke to compensate for metal thickness. Foot operation allows the operator to use both hands on large jobs.
The Eckold hand former, HF100, can be retrofitted with an air powered drive kit.
Quick change tooling allows jaws to be changed in seconds, and, with adapters, jaws for the smallest machine can be used on larger Eckold machines.
Eckold jaws are available with “No-Mar” faces in standard and beak styles. Beak style jaws are used when shrinking or stretching “U” type profiles.
The KF170 is a portable, pneumatically operated machine that can be used anywhere in the shop with only an air supply needed.
High Quality Eckold tools will stand up to your most difficult jobs.
